Moving your hitch to the forward position "may" not solve your axel weight difference. Lowering your hitch so your trailer is closer to level will help even out those axel weights. IMHO the higher you're nose is from level the MORE weight you'll be transferring to the rear axel. I'm pretty sure Ron (Cummins) will agree. Traveling as close to level is going to keep your weights equal on BOTH axels and that's what you want. Just my 2 cents tho.
