Curious why you ran a dedicated 20A line?
From the factory the only receptacle near the front closet is above the cabinets on the right side, not very useful for a heater on the floor on the other side of the closet.

So the 20 is mounted low and on the left side of the door and is for a Pelonis disc heater (the 39DBRS3 has non existent heat up front, except when the sun is beating down on the poorly insulated front cap).

Keeps the heater cord from being a trip hazard, and sufficient wiring for the load.
