9500lbs is way light for a 36' fiver--are you absolutely sure of that number?
Trailer King tires are commonly mentioned as having blowout problems.
GY Endurance should be a better tire, for sure. However, you should actually weigh the trailer and truck to see how much weight is on the tires.
