The wife would love concrete sites! That seems to be the deciding factor in whether or not she likes a campground. Coffee Creek has zero concrete sites, however it is a place to sit out this quarantine/stay at home madness. $450 a month plus electricity. I'm thinking that when we have to start running the three a/c's 24/7 we'll be paying about $600 total for site and electric. 12 cents a kilowatt.
