Slide it in slightly, oh maybe like 6”, until it lifts up. Then stop. Then look under the carpet. See if you can see any obstructions like loose screws, chunk of wood from construction etc. While it’s accessible, look to see if you can see the rollers the bottom rolls on. Make sure they are firmly mounted and functional. If not any of those things, or anything others have suggested, your slide might be out of adjustment, either top to bottom, side to side, or in or out.
