DRV
So sorry (but not surprised) to hear about your troubles! It seems that more and more DRV owners are experiencing this type of treatment from DRV. Apparently the older units were good but not the new ones. And the way they treat their customers leaves a lot to be desired. I recently spoke with a guy that had a 2010 and is now very happy to be rid of it. He had a lot of problems with it starting at day one and DRV came up short.
