I definitely believe that they should have something between them and concrete, and exercise. But if you can't exercise, I'm not sure, but I would see about putting the trailer on blocks (placed in the correct location), and putting them inside where they will stay dry, out out of the weather. I also read that if the trailer was going to set for a very long period put about 25% extra air just while setting. Be sure and take out before moving. I think the purpose is to keep the bulge from forming cracks.
