Thank you for your suggestion. I have talked to Slade about carpet replacement and he doesn't have the time. He stated they would like to expand so they could do work like this. I have contacted Kansas Rv Center and an individual near Dallas TX.
When not using the unit, it will be stored in Houston under cover but not in temperture controlled.
