John, Continental Coach does offer several different builds, some lighter than others.
The model I posted a link to, which I visited in Tampa, was an ELEGANCE.
That was a tri-axle, and if memory serves me had a maximum GVWR of 33,600 lbs.

I'm fairly certain that is not the 5th. wheel you are talking about.
