In an article I read; it stated that Forest River had been aware of Buffet's interest for some time and had been "manipulating" quarterly figures to enhance their appeal to him by cutting back manufacturing and customer service costs. His history of buying and subsequent "raping" of companies can't bode well for Forest River!
