Thank you, Dapper. I've watched the video's and it looks pretty simple. My wife and I have already adjusted the cables when the room was not closing properly within the first year. I would prefer to have a service center do the work, but here in Central Texas, that requires an appointment, hook up, pull to the shop, check in, drop off and then go back and get it a few days (week) later. And then pay them ~$125 an hour. That's out of my wheel house; LOL.
