I forgot to mention. In our 2006 and the 2009, to switch from outside tripod dish to roof dome, it requires switching wires to the reciever. They are in the interior entertainment cabinet. I don't know why DRV couldn't have had a switch at the Winegard box, but this might be why the previous owner had done some rewiring.
