I went to Lowes and purchased a male 3 prong 15 amp plug. Opened it up and used a short piece of wire to connect the neutral and ground. Then just plugged it into one of the unused 15 amp plugs on my Honda 3000iS. I cannot say how much time I have spent trying to solve this problem and the solution was so simple.
