The equalizer on either side is not in the same position might be the situation, otherwise you have something that has moved. Are all the hangers ok? Are all the spring leaves in one piece? Look closely at each side to see if any differences. As Jim said, both wheels should be just about equal spacings on each side unless leveled oddly.
