Think I mentioned i snaked from black/gray water waste drain on exterior of rig (3” black pvc). Back toward tank. Seemed it hit a dead end.
Sounds to me like the cable has separated from the valve and is not opening at all.
Do not rely on the indicator inside. Ever. They usually last about 1 time and them are inaccurate. Good luck
