It has been a year. Thought I would update and bump this. We are very happy with the flooring. We used the 5er about 5 months during the year. The carpet pads worked very well and there are no new scratches. I did the area at the bedroom end or the bar last week. Blends in and looks fine. If I look very hard I can see some scuffs on the floor. But they are hard to see unless you really look for them. Here are pictures from today. Oh yeah one more thing. The heat register by the couch was counter sunk to keep it from being mangled by the slide. Much better than carpet. I have the flooring and will get to the bedroom this fall, maybe.
