I solved the fridge door problem with a visit to DRV. I asked for someone from parts. The person that came down was Greg Wheldon. He said they were very busy unloading pallets in the back and that it would be at least an hour before someone could help me. I simply asked if there was anyone I could talk to and showed him the picture of the Z bracket that DRV provides with all residential refrigerators. I told him my story about owning #6011 and having Paul Cross install a residential refrigerator in our unit. He said that if the bracket came with the refrigerators, he would have no extras, but said he had a couple of things to finish first and then would check.
I was totally shocked when about 5 minutes later, he came through the door again with a Z bracket and the velcro strap for the upper handles. I asked him how much did I owe. He just simply said he had no idea how much to charge, and to just consider it "on the house". I thanked him profusely and was on my way.
DRV is a GREAT company!!
