I made two straps from thin webbing like for tie downs... One for fridge and one for freezer. Installed snaps on the ends and attch male snap ends around the corner of fridge and one end of slide trim. Out of the way and hardly seen. Just snap the straps on when traveling. Keeps them closed just fine. I forgot them once....not good.
