Yes it's not a big deal. Shut down what 12 volt systems you have (furnace, lights) you can. Your fridge will, assuming it is a regular RV style, will function on 110 volts while you have the battery disconnected. You may have a battery disconnect switch in the unit as well. Use that switch then clean the terminals like you would on a car. Just disconnect the ground first then reconnect it last. Make sure you then reconnect the batery to the system by the disconnect switch when you are done or the RV will be isolated from the battery.
