All shackle and spring hangar bolts are wet. I installed with the zerks to the inside for two reasons. One, so I can get the grease gun on and second, I want to be able to inspect the nuts easily during a rest stop. The center pivot uses a bushing that is clamped between the hangar and does not rotate on the bolt. One picture shows the two zerks in the pivot arm to lube between the arms and the bushing.
