It's nice to know I wasn't the only one having a problem. I figured we just got a bad model. It is a hassle to remember to pour a cup of coffee over the sink, but then your arm gets tired because it goes soooo slow. I thought having the undercabinet unit installed was a good idea, but we could have done the same for less. I like my Mr. Coffee in the house. I guess I'll get myself an Easter present, I'm not sure I want to give Black & Decker another try.
