That's a tough question. I think most of us carry the usuals: pots, cooking stuff, etc. (Obviously this is a woman responding, lol)
So here is what I carry that might be a bit different: a stainless steel electric teapot to make iced tea in. It's dedicated for that use.
A two tier plate rack that holds styrofoam bowls on top, and paper plates on bottom.
A cell phone cord organizer/power center. Tidy and compact.
A circular shoe rack that just fits in the door w/o obstructing...can be kept outside, but isn't in the way during rainy times. (

Also, a collapsible dish rack as well as a collapsible colander (Progressive makes them).
