I was in Indiana. Went on a trip from Canada. Spent time in Yuma etc then traveling eventually ending up in Indiana. I was told before leaving Canada that all repairs are done by a company close to the factory. After completing most of my repairs I was informed they couldn't fix my front cap problem, only the factory could. Front end was separating from frame. I was told they would cover the repair but I would have to make an appointment. I explained I was from Canada and it would cost me 3,000 there and back in fuel. He basically said to bad. I brought up the severe problems there units were having and maybe a class action law suit should be looked into. He went into an office and came out shortly after asking me if could bring it in in two hrs. Repairs were done in 3 days. I had to stay in a motel..
Believe me. The were NOT LAUGHING when I mentioned a class action lawsuit!
