I am very interested in what you found out today. I still have the washer problem. Finally talked to DRV today and they said they were not aware of this problem. After much thought and consternation, I believe the problem lies with there being an open ground when using a generator and the washer is not compatible with that. As I understand all generators made for USA usage operate with open ground.
