Not sure about the CH, but we were in Cherry Creek SP in Denver Feb '19 for 2 weeks--got down to -11 couple of nights, and 6 days never above freezing. Furnace + space heater kept us ok, but took a couple of nights to figure out the basement needed a small heater also aimed at the water manifold and behind.
