I have had 3 rotors replaced and 3 calipers blow. Not in set but staggered , some on the same wheel and some not.

Your caliper is most likely dragging. Check to make sure your brake controller is compatible with the hydraulic unit too.

That said I have had no problem with Kodiak standing behind their product.
