I think you're missing my point here. By all means be loud if you have a problem. Shout it from the roof top!! BUT just because you have had a problem don't say that "EVERYONE" has a problem. We had a neighbor this winter with a 2.4 million $ Newell bus. He had a 2 page fix it list and left yesterday for Miami, OK for repairs. Does that mean all Newells have that many problems?
