No matter what some say, it's NOT very common. You only hear about the problems. No one ever starts a thread "I've never had a rear cap failure" Some people have had a problem.
The ONLY one who wins in a class action is the lawyer. He will get $1000 and you get 50 cents. Try and find one willing to take on a class action for about anything dealing with a few hundred units. Threaten DRV with one. They will laugh at you, close the door and never talk to you again. Just ask the want to be lawyers on here how successful that is.
