Your situation is not unusual for either dometic or camping world. I don't use camping world for anything. I have had 2 out of 2 bad experiances with them for work and won't go back. I look for anyone other than camping world if I need service on something I can't fix.

I have had better luck with an independent service facility from dometic's list of warranty centers. Keep in mind that it's a good idea to call the service center as they may not work on that particular kind of appliance. Once they are set to do warranty work on one dometic accessory, they get listed for everything dometic makes.
