OK, was able to get the grey valve changed out with the help of Jim Blandford, another Suite owner.

We thought the most difficult part would be threading the new valve cable and locking it up to the fire wall. Not the case, that ended up being the easy part. Was able to reach up and get the nut on the back side of the fire wall held in position while Jim wrenched tight from the other side.

The most difficult part was getting the valve assembled and bolted together to the pipe flanges. You have the incoming and outgoing pipe flanges, two seals, the valve body and a top and bottom cover that have to be aligned perfectly while you get the four bolts through all holes in the parts and tightened up. Not an easy task especially when the bolt holes are only slightly larger than the bolts. After many attempts to get everything lined up and the bolts in we ended up drilling all the holes out by about a 1/16th of an inch larger. We were then able to get everything assembled and bolted. Took awhile but we finally got it all done and the good news is there are no leaks, yet!!!!! Knock on wood!!!!!

Thanks Jim for all the help.
