Now, if the party with which I was communicating asked if there was some kind of incentive, that would be different. I would still be more inclined to be happy with a happy friend as having another $200.

I don't thnink most DRV owners realize that in addition to you getting $200 bonus that the person you referred & who buys a Suites gets one of several free options on their purchase. Both parties benefit from the referral!
