Glenn, I can relate. David works fulltime and accuses me of sitting in the RV all day eating bonbons. LOL
We use a combination of Correlle and paper plates. No paper cups and standard silverware. But once David attached a mirror for me to watch TV while washing dishes and added a high profile kitchen faucet similar to what is added to new Suites, I don't really mind washing daily dishes.
But if you're determined, isn't there room in the peninsula? You would eliminate drawers, but if it makes her happy....!
