I was told at purchase time that the bearings were good for 100K. They are also sealed bearings pressed into the drum and can be checked for leakage when doing the annual brake shoe check.

The calipers most likely hung up. Who ever assembled that side must of forgot the never seize. You need to find out who brakes you have, Kodiak or Dexter and call them to ship the complete rotor...
