Geocel 28100V is my second favorite. It is as easy as any to use, lasts a few (3-4) years and comes off ok for the next reseal. It turns a cloudy clear.

Yes. The gear box has a round shaft that fits into the square torque tube with a bolt thru both, one at each end. Not sure if it is intended to be a shear point but in most similar designs they are.

I did. Since I'm only 25 miles from them it makes it easy instead of 200 miles to Transfer Flow. Price was (don't know currently) much better and I don't notice any difference in quality.
