Is their any adjustment to the door to make the seal tighter?? Can I replace the seals myself and is this an easy project?? Any tricks for replacement will be appreciated.

We must defrost frig weekly, seems to be working OK but just continues to ice/frost up. Any ideas?? I have the climite control switch so that the red is showing on the switch is this the "ON"...
