From the time my RV was new it has gained some weight.:rolleyes: I was just showing the relationship between risers and no risers.

You must be adding 25psi BEFORE hitching. The pressure goes up after hitching. I would be at 5psi unloaded and about 30 once loaded.

I also suggest using Permatex Silicone Ceramic caliper lube #80653 on slide bolt grommets and all mating surfaces.

Dump the HAPA pads as they are Made In Mexico. I have gone to EBC Yellow #DP41240R.

The EBC puts the NAPA to shame for quality and braking performance.

Add 7/16" diameter flat washers behind the screws on the part that mounts to the door. Keeps the files down so they don't break nearly as often.
