washing machine drain pipe

Door side slide binding
My door side slide seems to bind the first inch or two when closing it. The top acts like it is stuck then it jerk a little and starts to move. I have had 2 dealers adjust it and it's still the same....

Tight clearance above counter top
For those of you that have the penninsula models, have you had any problems with the slide hitting the counter top? Mine does not hit but it is mighty close, maybe a half inch especially on the way...
