New "replaced" Convection Oven just doesn't seem to reach temperature
Usually "shuts off" low by 50-100 degrees

Had to push 450 degrees 5 times - took almost a hour to preheat to 400.

Just had it replaced last week (same issue with first one)

Any suggestions on what the problem might be?
Lots of power - had 50 AMP service many times - makes no difference.

I would think you still have defective microwave unit! The symptoms you supplied is not normal and voltage would not cause this problem. I would request another unit before your warranty runs out. I have the upgraded GE Advantum Convection/Microwave and love it better than any oven we have ever used. I would suggest they switch to another brand if possible. Good Luck!!!!

That is not normal and you need to have it replaced again.
We also upgraded to the Advantium and love it.
