One of the owners of Interstate RV was in the same park as us last winter in Florida. I was having trouble with a slideout and he came over and worked on it, about a week later he had his service manager here to work on some units that he sold in the park and he also did more work for me.

We bought our 5h wheel from A&S. They are good at selling, but not good at service. We never felt things were fixed correctly or for that matter if they new even how to fix it. They just didn't seem to know the product. The first thing they always did was call DT and asked if they would replace the problem area rather than try to fix it. We changed to Walnut Ridge in Indiana and have been very pleased with their service.

Another vote of confidence for Walnut Ridge in New Castle, IN. I know it's not on your list at the moment but it may be worthwhile to investigate them further.

We traveled from FL just to buy from them. Very happy with the sales process. They have their own campground on site and you can stay for free while you get to know your new trailer. They'll also send a tech to your site to tweak anything before you head home.

We were very happy with Ralph Willis as our salesman.

I will put up a vote for sales experience at Walnut Ridge. I also dealt with Ralph and we were very happy with the sales experience.

Based on the experience I had with the service department, I wouldn't let them adjust the air pressure in the tires if they are being managed by the same shop manager. Since they are withing 250 miles of the factory, I'd go there for issues rather than Walnut Ridge. That's what we ended up having to do after spending a total of 3 weeks trying to get the dealer to fix things.
