When I try to roll out my electric awning the arm on the back side sticks. The awning rolls out but the arm stays up against the 06 36TK3. After banging on the arm and spraying with silicone it will open, until the next time I want to use it. I dont see anything which is causing the hangup, any ideas or fix?? Thanks Ron
