Well since there are so many more SB3's, would like to tell you a few check points.
Check your shower bottom trim piece to see that it does not leak. We had to recaulk or caulk the whole bottom.
Make sure all connects to faucets are tight, we had to take plate off behind shower in closet to tighten before it leaks, tighten under kitchen sink and also under bath sink.
Watch for leak on slide roof, kitchen/entertainment side. Ours had a leak along the seam, once again caulk in rvers best friend.
Make sure your line that you use for winter storage, valve for antifreeze line in the belly, ours was open just slightly and over 3 weeks flooded the belly. We then had insulation replaced and dried out belly, put line which is very short stuck it over to outdoor sink area. And made sure valve was off, but in case it would drain outside instead of belly.
Microwave light at Lowes $4.98 G* T4 25W.
Courtesy light #3893 found at any auto place $2.99 for 2.
Watch out for wires when replacing bulb for courtesy, wires are very short almost lost in wall  . Use clamp, etc. to hold wire while replacing.
Watch out for lights in bedroom vanity, VERY HOT  . DW burned pillow that got to close, DH happy to get new pillow :D .
Does your DVD have am? Ours does not. The only way we can get the DVD open is to have door open position perfectly straight, otherwise no way going to open, very tight fit.
Other than that GREAT DESIGN VERY HAPPY :D :D

There are some people who are naturally skinny :D , we are not one of them. That is probably the only thing I could think of that is a down side, so when you stop dealer said to open bedroom slide in order to use bath....have not had the heart to do so yet. :)

Thanks for the heads up on water issues. :D

We have had our new unit out for one trip and so far so good.

The bed slide comes in flush with the bathroom door. So no access upstairs without opening the slide.

The fridge and freezer doors can be opened with the door side slide closed.

We love our new rig and knew of the access and space issues before purchase. We installed a Washer and Dryer.

Sold the house as of June 13th and FT for awhile.
