Slide out problem

I have a Jayco 28.5 RSTS and I have big problem to open and close the slid-out #3. This is the one who hold the frezzer. I been for the forth time at the dealer and they can't fix it. I'm in contact with JAYCO USA to get support and this is difficult. There is somebody get this problem? The slide-out jam or move like a snake. The cushion floor doesn't like it.
