Slide seal replacement

Well after 10 years I guess things start to wear out.
My inner seals are still fine but the ones that keep water out when slides are closed are shot.
I've replaced the main slide seal now working on the kitchen slide.

Top seal on slide is in bad shape. The picture of the corner seal is how all my slide seals looked except for my bedroom dresser slide.
I can't believe how well the tape is holding up after 10 years.
I did buy a decal remover whee that goes on my drill to remove what doesn't come off when I remove the old seal.

Here are some better pictures of the worn area where the slide seal curves . Also the metal tab that guides the top of the slides are gone on all my slides. You can see what is left of one one the rear side of my bedroom slide.

Can you tell me where you got the replacement seal. I too need to replace mine. Thanks in advance

Got mine from eBay. Don't buy the cheap $.99 a foot stuff it's junk! I ordered some and sent it back.
What I bought was more like $1.29 a foot.

I didn't replace mine in one continues piece.
I replaced the sides first then the top.
I still have the bedroom slides to do.
My dresser slide seals are still in fairly good condition.

I would think you should have ran the top over the sides?

I don't always do things like the factory does.
That was the first area that failed on the seal.
It might not look as nice as the factory but my way has mode seal in that area.
