One Control WiFi hub

I am looking for the One Control WiFi gateway in our 2021 39dbrs3. I cannot locate it and neither can my phone WiFi. I was told when we bought it that I could control the leveling system with my phone. Any ideas where it might be.

On ours (Grand Design), the One Control panel lifts off. Slide it straight up. With our rig, that actual router/wifi unit is BEHIND it, in the hole.

With our rig, too, there's a sticker underneath with the wifi SSID and the password, right when we open the cabinet door. If it's not there for you, try looking at the device (if you can find it) and see if the ssid/password are on the unit.
