Hello
Has anyone had their RV modified to accept a 240 v 30 inch residential oven? If so, how was it wire regarding using a 50 amp service or with a 9000w generator. TIA.

I don't have any personal experience, but have read of those who have put a 240volt dryer in their fiver. The power is there, just have to know how to wire it--not for a novice to do, nor an electrician who doesn't understand 50amp RV service.

If you have a 50a unit it's no big deal at all. The cabinet work would be the hardest part.
50a rv service is NO different than any other 50a 120/240 volt service. EXACTLLY the same as a residential range connection. found in any house. You will be limited as to what else could run at the same time though. Your 9k generator would be stressed to the max.
