Hi to All
I am extremely curious as to what ice maker is the most reliable and what everyone is using for about 20 lbs of ice per day. Many on the market but most use full, reliable information would be appreciated.

Thanks you

This is the neighbor's unit. They like it fine, but 20 pounds would be a lot of work.

They all seem to have a similar design--I have one in storage that has worked well for years, but forget the brand. Just feed them water and electricity, and sit back...

Those little guys make ice like a bat out of he**. They are especially good sitting on a table outside while you are entertaining a small group. The downside is you need to keep them filled with water or they simply stop making until the ice in the storage container melts and runs the meltwater back into the reservoir.

We bought one at Sam's club on sale for $69.95. Been using it for the past 1 1/2 months . Works great.

Update to above post. Used it for total of three months last year. Have used it another month so far this year. Still working great!
