RVing sense 1985 but this will be some firsts

#1 Retiring at the end of this month. :?:
#2 Daughter expecting in September our first grandchild. :D
#3 Will be gone for three months come July living in the 5th wheel.
#4 Be away from the major heat of summer out here in the desert by Palm Springs. :D Have lived out here sense 1970.

This wouldn't be the first time living in a RV. When wife & I got married her folks brought out their TT and we lived in it June-November 1985.

So we aren't planning on being Fulltimers. Now we can take more than just weekends off to go RVing.

Still have house, truck & RV payments. Paying more attention to income then we have in the past would be # 5. :rolleyes:

Mike, congrat's on all points. I only have one little stumbling block.....how are you going to be away for three months but have a grandbaby in the middle of that? Momma ain't going to go for that!:D

We are going back to where my daughter & son in law live. Will be there when Lincoln Thomas is born. :D
