Does this site save a New Thread or a Reply before it is actually posted in as a draft? or is it lost?

Next, this has happened several times and it is becoming frustrating to the point of no longer wasting my time posting. Not every time but several.
1. I log in. Site responds "Welcome, friz."
2. Click New Thread and type away.
3. Click "Submit" and the site reponds "You are not logged in" or something
similar.
4. I log in (again) and the site responds "Welcome friz."
5. My New Thread has disappeared! I cannot find it anywhere. This also
happens when replying to a thread.
6. I have gotten to the point of after the site tells me I am not logged in,
after I have logged in, to save what I have typed in a Word document in
anticipation of losing it, when I log in, again.
7. This is crazy. It just did it again. Is there a time-out when posting?

friz,
See where you have posted a couple times--is this still happening?
Also, are you using your email address to log in? This is now necessary.
Not your username.

Can't say. This is the first time I have posted since putting my issue forward. I tend to think there is a "time out" counter that logs you out after a length of time. I am going to send this after being logged in for 3 minutes. Then I will try answering again after a 15 minute interval. And yes, I use my email adx to log in.

Thanks, Friz

Okay it happened again. I waited 15 minutes after starting a response before submitting it. The site asked me to log in again when I tried to post. I did and it put up a blank screen which could not be navigated out of.

Based on what has happened there is the possibility of a log-out timer when writing a post. Anyone else encounter this problem?

Thanks, friz

It does that to me also. Check the bottom of the page to see if you can post replies and if so, do the following and see if it works for you. Use the back button to go back to the previous page that will have your post on it and then submit it again. So far it has worked every time.

How about post pictures from a cell phone. I sure can't figure that out.
