front leveling jacks

I have a 1998 Layton fith wheel.i parked the camper 2 years ago and front legs worked fine,went to move it now the front legs don't work,all gears on top turns it seems the problem is inside the tubes but I cant find a schematic of the inside of the legs to see what the problem is

here is a generic of what my old fivers jacks were like. I sheared the roll pin on them before. the part number of 5 in the breakdown pic.
