Hello!
Thought I'd introduce us and give a little background info. JoAnn and David here ... 5th wheel owners. I joined awhile ago but have mostly just read posts. We have a Lifestyle Luxury RV LS36FW 5th wheel. It's our 3rd rig. First was a 2004 27 ft keystone Montana mountaineer with mauve pink carpet ! Lots of good memories there. We graduated to a 37 ft Columbus. Decided that eventually we wanted to full time, sold the Columbus and did lots of research on full-time rated rigs. Found the Lifestyle (used) and loved it so here we are now getting our S&B ready to put up for sale hopefully this spring ! Planning to retire in approx 2 years.

Since our rig was gently used we got it for a fraction of the MSRP and are thrilled it's ours. We especially like the build quality throughout, huge front basement and the extra rear basement, and the stout frame. We have a '16 GMC dually duramax diesel 1ton dually to tow with.

Thanks for allowing us to be members !

Welcome, glad to have you.
Sounds like you will have a fantastic combo to go FT with. Stay in touch.
We went FT in May '17--still getting used to not having a real house to go back to...

We’ve only been full timing six months and the question I have trouble with is “where ya from?” Should I answer where I grew up, where I lived for the past ten years, or where my mail goes? If we get homesick we just go to one of the kid’s houses and visit our old furniture.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! So looking forward to going full time ! Have spent a tremendous amount of time and labor lately getting the S&B ready to sell. Ripping out carpet and putting in hardwood floors is NOT fun ! I feel like I'm doing a lot of hard work for someone else's enjoyment ! And I did not realize how much stuff we had accumulated.... Lots of trips to Goodwill.

Goober, love your screen name. That's our sons nickname lol
